Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings made through the Contact Centre and website are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations are not allowed on Weekends, Blackout dates and on special events (special rates).
  • No cancellations, refunds, or transfers of tickets in cases of no-shows or unutilized bookings.
  • A one-time date change is allowed to reschedule the visit for a future date, with an applicable difference amount payable depending on the pricing at the time of revision. Request to be placed 24 hours ahead of the scheduled date of visit.
  • No Cancellations/Refunds or transfers of tickets will be processed in case of a no-show.
  • Refunds shall be processed via bank transfer only. Once an online refund request is generated, the same will be processed within 10 – 15 working days.
  • No refund can be processed if a guest utilizes their Promotional Vouchers or Match play coupons offered to them as part of their package.
  • No refund will be processed in case of unavailability of any open deck due to private function, weather conditions, or any untoward situation.
  • The refund and cancellation policy is subject to change without notice. Management’s decision shall remain final.

Drunken Policy

  • The management maintains the right to forcibly remove a person from the premises if they are found behaving in a disorderly manner while intoxicated.
  • Management reserves the right to discontinue serving alcoholic beverages to any guest deemed intoxicated. Intoxicated individuals will be asked to leave the premises at management’s discretion. The guest will also be liable for a minimum charge of INR 2,000 to cover cleaning and damage costs.
  • People in an inebriated state will not be allowed entry into Big Daddy Candolim Casino.
  • Management reserves the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to guests they believe are in an inebriated state. People found in an inebriated state onboard Big Daddy Casino will be asked to leave the premises, the discretion of which lies with the Management.

Entry Policy

  • 24×7 access to all areas: casino floors, restaurant, and Kids Room.

Age-specific access:

  • 21+ with valid photo ID is required for access to gaming floors
  • Children (0–14) may use the Kids Room or stay in supervised public areas; entry is first-come, first-served; areas may fill up
  • Teens (15–20) are permitted only in restaurants or lobby areas after restaurant hours; they cannot access the Kids Room or gaming floors

Dress Code:

  • Men: Formal or smart casual attire is required; prohibited: shorts, sleeveless tops, joggers, flip‑flops, hats, and sunglasses
  • Women: Proper evening wear required; no flip‑flops, open foot wares or chappals

Other rules:

  • Smoking restricted to designated areas
  • No photography or videography is allowed in the gaming floors or VIP areas. Recording is only allowed in designated public entertainment areas, only using a mobile phone or compact DSLR camera.
  • Management may refuse or remove guests who are intoxicated, disruptive, or ill
  • Guests are responsible for any damage or cleaning costs arising from their actions

Baggage Policy & Charges

  • Allowed: sling bags, purses, small handbags.
  • Not permitted: backpacks, laptop bags, and larger luggage must be stored in lockers.
  • Storage fees: ₹500 per small (cabin) bag; ₹1,000 per large bag.
  • Electronics exempt: laptops, power banks, DSLR/GoPro, and handheld cameras may be carried without charge, but must seek prior permission from Casino staff.
